By accessing or using the Claros Agency website at claros.agency ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Claros Agency provides an AI-powered investigation platform for professionals. The Service is currently in pre-launch; features, availability, and pricing are subject to change.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Service through automated means without prior written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on the Service are owned by Claros Agency or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

6. Waitlist and Pre-Launch Access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform. Pre-launch access may be granted at our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claros Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Claros Agency and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
